ZEN PEACEMAKERS

Fellowship in Prayer awarded in 2017 a Sacred Journey Grant to Zen Peacemakers to support their various programs.  These include an Auschwitz-Birkenau Witness Retreat in Poland; a two-week Lakota Tribe service program in South Dakota including Witness Plunge of their history; work with refugees and immigrants; climate change; end-of-life care; peacebuilding.

We are a worldwide movement of Peacemakers who practice meditation, embody the Three Tenets of Zen Peacemakers (Not Knowing, Bearing Witness, Taking Action), live an ethical life, and do social action as a path of awakening and service. We seek to connect, inspire, support, train, and mobilize Zen Peacemakers throughout the world.
