Temple of Understanding

A Sacred Journey Grant was awarded to Temple of Understanding in 2015 by Fellowship in Prayer to support their UN Summer Internship Program.  After spending five intensive weeks in New York learning about the UN, visiting religious sites and engaging in service projects, each student participant is launched on a career as a global citizen.

ABOUT TEMPLE OF UNDERSTANDING

The Temple of Understanding focuses on developing religious and cultural diversity, education for global citizenship and sustainability, expanding public discourse on faith and ecology, and creating just and peaceful communities.
